Similar to our basic cuffs, these heavy-duty locking cuffs are made of extra thick, black, latigo leather. Each cuff is 2¾" wide, and will fit wrists measuring from 6" to 9½" around.

The cuffs close with a large hasp. Comfortable and extremely secure.
